These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MKT First Aid Education website and participation in our first-aid, CPR, safety, and medical-training services.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

By using our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).

  • You have the physical and mental ability to participate in training activities, where applicable.

  • You will provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.

3. Course Registration & Payment

  • All course bookings must be completed through our website or approved registration method.

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices for courses and services may change at any time without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses; in such cases, you will receive alternative dates or a refund.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Participant Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before the course date: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 0–2 days before: No refund.

  • Rescheduling:

  • You may request to reschedule once, up to 48 hours before your course time.

  • No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who fail to attend without notice will not receive a refund or reschedule option.

5. Certification

  • Certification is issued only to participants who successfully complete all required training components, assessments, and attendance requirements.

  • Certificates may have expiry dates in accordance with international first-aid and CPR guidelines.

  • Replacement certificates may incur an administrative fee.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

  • By participating in any course, you confirm that you are in suitable health to take part in the activities.

  • Some activities may involve physical demonstrations (e.g., CPR practice). You participate at your own risk.

  • MKT First Aid Education is not responsible for injuries or health conditions arising from participation unless caused by negligence on our part.

7. Use of Website

  • You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Interfere with website operation or security.

  • Copy or redistribute website content without permission.

  • We reserve the right to deny service or block website access to any user who violates these terms.
